The conference kicked off in a solemn and warm atmosphere. Huang Panfeng, general manager of Dongguan Heju Precision Electronic Technology Co., Ltd., and Guo Dayin, chairman of Pioneer Education Group, jointly unveiled the “Heju Company Business School”, announcing the official birth of this strategic-level institution. Guo Dayin, honorary dean of the business school, elaborated on the strategic positioning and development blueprint of the business school in his inaugural speech.

Cultural Renewal: Under the witness of all participants, the company released the “Company Corporate Culture Manual (New Edition)” and the accompanying “Employee Behavior Guidelines”. The new version of the manual not only clearly explains the company’s mission, vision and core values. It also combines the requirements of the new era and new strategy, and incorporates the emphasis on concepts such as management, innovation, sales, production, quality, results, and talents.
